What you need to know:
Before you upload any image to ReadyCanvas, you must have the rights of the image, or permission to use the image prior to upload. ReadyCanvas adheres to all copyright laws, and reserves the right to refuse or reject images that do not follow these laws, or images that do not adhere to our "user conduct" terms.
You won't have to worry about ReadyCanvas using your images for print, promotion or profit in any way without written consent from you. Your work is unique to you and we wish to keep it that way. Please remember that your uploaded images are stored on our servers (securely!) and can remain there so we have access to them in the event your canvas is damaged, or if you need a reprint. ReadyCanvas recommends that you back up your images, as we delete images from our servers as needed, without prior notification to you.

Legal Terms & User Conduct Agreement
- ReadyCanvas.com ("ReadyCanvas") Terms of Use & Acceptance:
ReadyCanvas provides its website and related services ("Website") subject to the following Terms of Use ("Terms"):
ReadyCanvas reserves its right to update and make changes to these Terms without notice to the user, and will post new or updated Terms of Use on the ReadyCanvas website periodically as necessary. The user shall be held responsible for complying with the Terms of Use implemented at the time of user purchase. ReadyCanvas asks users to please refer to the Terms of Use frequently to view any changes or updates. If the user continues to use the ReadyCanvas website, he or she agrees to the Terms of Use of this site.
- Changes to Website:ReadyCanvas reserves the right to make changes or remove content in part, or in whole to the Website without notifying the user and will not be held liable for any changes or removal. ReadyCanvas also reserves the right to terminate user accounts and passwords or delete user Content at its sole discretion. ReadyCanvas will not be held liable for user or third-party termination of user access to the Website.
- User Eligibility:ReadyCanvas will provide use to parties 18 years of age or older, and/or parties that can enter into/form contracts under applicable law. If you are under the age of 18, you are only eligible to use ReadyCanvas with the permission and supervision of a parent, or legal adult guardian. This individual must agree to be bound by these Terms.
- User Conduct:
- The user agrees to NOT Submit text, sketches, photos, drawings, images or any other graphic material "Content" to ReadyCanvas that is considered unlawful, obscene, pornographic, hateful or defamatory by uploading, downloading, posting, e-mailing or by any other transmission method ("Transmit"). ReadyCanvas reserves the right to reject any content that is objectionable, offensive or an infringement on individual rights. Once a user has transmitted Content to ReadyCanvas, he or she confirms to having lawful right to reproduce and disseminate said Content, and that the Content complies with all laws, regulations and ordinances at the federal, state and local level.
- Transmit any Content that would:
- Suggest, support, or otherwise encourage a criminal offense.
- Violate individual or group rights.
- Violate any laws at the local, state, national, or international level.
- Transmit any material that contains or may contain viruses or harmful material:
- Transmit computer code, files or programs that would disturb, damage or constrict the workings of any computer software, hardware or telecommunications equipment.
- Transmit any falsehoods or misleading information.
- Abuse ReadyCanvas or any aspect of the Website including but not limited to:
services, accounts, servers, system resources, or networks connected to or accessible through the Site or affiliated or linked websites.
- Access any non-public areas of the Website to use or otherwise tamper with or damage. Those individuals that lack proper security access to these areas of ReadyCanvas may be subject to prosecution.
- Tamper with or otherwise interfere with any user's experience on the Website or third-party linked sites.
Please note: Any Transmitted and/or Uploaded Content to ReadyCanvas is subject to review by our staff. The user acknowledges that ReadyCanvas may review the submitted Content to ensure the user has adhered to Terms set forth in this agreement. ReadyCanvas and its designated employees reserve the right to remove any Content in violation with the Terms (also noted in Section 3A). The user also recognizes and agrees that ReadyCanvas may preserve Content on its secure servers and may disclose such Content if lawfully required to do so, or if ReadyCanvas deems it necessary to:
- Enforce the Terms of Use
- Follow the law and comply with legal process
- Protect the rights of ReadyCanvas
- Protect the rights of ReadyCanvas users
- Corroborate or disprove any claims that Content is in violation of rights from third-parties
The user is aware that the operation of the Website, including the Content, may involve Content transmissions over multiple networks, and said operation may change to conform to technical requirements of connection networks or devices. The user recognizes and agrees to use this Website, and any products ordered or services rendered on the Website in accordance with all applicable laws at the federal, state and local level. This includes but is not limited to: laws, statutes, regulations and ordinances.
- User Accounts, Passwords and Security:
When the user creates an account, he or she must agree to provide ReadyCanvas with a current and valid e-mail address – should that e-mail address change, the user must update these changes to the site accordingly.
The user will create a password with the username to complete the registration process. ReadyCanvas will not tolerate any impersonations, such as false e-mail addresses or misleading conduct in any way. In addition, the user is responsible for any and all activities that occur under his or her account. ReadyCanvas will not assume any liability for any loss or damage arising from misuse of the user's account and/or failure to comply with the User Conduct section of these Terms.
- Shipping Terms:
All products purchased through ReadyCanvas in conformity with shipping contract. As a result, the risk of loss and title for all products ordered by the user is passed to the user once the shipment has left ReadyCanvas and is with the shipping carrier.
- My Gallery/Customer Gallery Terms:Once the user creates an account on ReadyCanvas, he or she will gain access to "My Gallery" and "Customer Gallery." The user has the right to limit other users' access to "My Gallery" by selecting the "private" option. The "private" option will require an assigned password to gain access to "My Gallery." The "public" option will allow anyone to search and browse through the user's Content in "My Gallery." ReadyCanvas reserves the right to review user Content prior to it going public, to ensure it is of high quality and does not violate the Terms of Use. ReadyCanvas also reserves the right to deny public status to any user. The user is responsible for all Content uploaded in his or her "My Gallery," including but not limited to: (i) the use of any image (ii) the disclosure of any image (iii) comments made on any Content. ReadyCanvas assumes no liability for the use, disclosure, comment or any other content in the user's "My Gallery" section, and reserves the right to terminate the user's account if it is not compliant with the Terms of Use.
- Prices:ReadyCanvas prices are listed on the Website in U.S Dollar amount, and reserves the right to change these prices at any time.
- Proprietary Rights of Website:
Any Content, including but not limited to images, drawings, text, data, photos, graphics, software, etc. or other contained in the Website or distributed on or through ReadyCanvas and its third-party affiliates and advertisers, is protected by proprietary rights including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents and service marks. The user recognizes these rights and agrees to not use, copy, upload, download, sell, e-mail distribute or otherwise reproduce any Content received through ReadyCanvas without prior permission by Content owner, unless it is lawfully permitted.
The user agrees to not use, copy, upload, download, sell, e-mail, distribute or otherwise reproduce any ReadyCanvas brand images, logos, trademarks or other branding without written approval from ReadyCanvas. The user agrees to access the content on the Website solely for personal and non-commercial use and will not reproduce, copy, sell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Website without written approval from ReadyCanvas.
- Indemnity:The user agrees to indemnify and hold ReadyCanvas and its employees, officers, directors, agents and licensors harmless from all judgments, awards, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses, including but not limited to attorney's fees, expert witness fees and litigation expenses arising from Content the user has submitted to the Website, posted to or transmitted through the Website, the use and/or connection of or with the Website, or breach of the Terms.
- Disagreement of Terms:If the user disagrees or otherwise objects to any terms or conditions set forth in the Terms, or is dissatisfied with the Website in any way, the user has the right to discontinue using the Website or terminate his or her account. The use of ReadyCanvas is at the sole risk of the user, and all products and materials available are on an “as is" and “as available" basis. ReadyCanvas and its affiliates disclaim all warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including but not limited to: title, satisfactory quality, non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility, security and accuracy. To the extent of the law, ReadyCanvas will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website including but not limited to loss of data, undelivered e-mail content, system malfunctions and down time, system outages, network failures or file corruption. ReadyCanvas, makes no warranty that the Website and contents will meet the user requirements or that the service and functionality of the Website will be error-free, timely, secure or uninterrupted. It is up to ReadyCanvas to correct any defects to the Website, and will do so at its sole discretion.
