We want you to love your canvas just as much as we loved making it for you. If your masterpiece doesn’t take your breath away, you have 30 days to return the canvas for a reprint or refund. Please be sure to contact ReadyCanvas prior to sending your print back to us. If ReadyCanvas is at fault for an unsatisfactory item, we will cover shipping return costs after receiving the item and confirming the error.
If your canvas was damaged during shipping, you have 7 days to report the damage via phone or e-mail to customer service, including pictures of the damage for a refund or reprint.
Please note that all returns for refunds or reprints are subject to review since they are made-to-order and personalized canvases.
Restrictions:
ReadyCanvas lets you preview your canvas prior to ordering, and if your stretched canvas matches the image you submitted for print, ReadyCanvas will not be responsible for producing a replacement free of charge. It must be up to the customer to review his or her order carefully prior to purchase to avoid an unsatisfactory product.
Similarly, if a canvas is shipped to an incorrect address and is otherwise lost in delivery due to customer error, ReadyCanvas will not be held responsible to replace the canvas free of charge. If the canvas in question is able to be located, ReadyCanvas will reship the item to the correct address with shipping expenses billed to the customer.
