I'm not good with computers – is ReadyCanvas hard to use?
Absolutely not! As long as you can click a few simple buttons, you can use ReadyCanvas. We provide a step-by-step process with specific instructions to help you create your work of art.
What type of file does my photo need to be?
ReadyCanvas accepts .GIF, .JPG and .PNG files.
How do I know if the quality of my image is good enough?
We'll tell you! ReadyCanvas will only allow you to upload photos that are of sufficient quality to be printed on canvas – the beauty is in the detail!
Do you offer a scanning option?
Not at the moment, but we are working on having that option in the future. If you have a physical photo you would like put onto canvas, you should go to your local photo store or print shop and have your image digitally scanned. After that, you will be free to upload the image to our website and create your canvas.
How long does it take to receive my digital proof?
Generally, we try to have each order’s unique digital proof sent via e-mail within 1-2 business days; however, it may take longer depending on the volume of our orders at that time.
How long until I get my canvas?
This can vary from order to order depending on where you are having the canvas shipped, and the shipping method you choose. For the most part, we strive to have orders delivered to our customers within 10 days from order date – but this can be subject to change.

How long does it take to receive my canvas?
The time it takes for you to receive your canvas may vary based on how many orders we receive at once, and what type of shipping method you choose. You can generally expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days from the time ReadyCanvas e-mails you with confirmation that your canvas has been printed. If you think your order is taking too long, contact customer service with your Order Number.
What if I need to change my shipping address?
Please call our toll-free number or e-mail us at: support@readycanvas.com so our customer service can take care of that for you. You should notify us as soon as possible, because we cannot make any changes once the order is shipped.

ReadyCanvas accepts all major debit and credit cards, including gift cards from these companies, and PayPal. ReadyCanvas also provides its own gift cards, which are also available for purchase here.
What's the difference between a matte finish and a satin finish?
If you choose to coat your canvas, the matte finish will be a varnish that will give added protection from scratches and UV light. The satin finish works the same way, except you will have a semi-gloss finish. Both finishes will equally enhance the color of your canvas.
How is the canvas created?
Once you have submitted your order and confirmed the printing process, the ReadyCanvas team begins to work on any photo enhancements you may have chosen for your order. Once this process is complete, your photo is printed on canvas using high quality and vibrant inks, then individually cut and hand stretched on a wood stretcher frame.
How do I keep my canvas clean?
The best way to keep your masterpiece clean is to use a damp cloth to wipe it down, or a soft dust cloth (you don't want to scratch it).
Can I make changes to my photo?
Absolutely! We want to put you in charge of your own masterpiece. Just upload your photo and take some time to play around with our photo editing options. You'll see any changes you made directly on your virtual canvas on your screen!
What is a digital proof?
A digital proof is the last step before your canvas is printed. Once you have checked out, you will receive an e-mail of your digital proof of what your photo will look like on canvas. Please note, you must confirm the acceptance of your digital proof prior to your canvas being printed. Essentially, this will be your “last chance” to make any changes to your image. Once you confirm the proof, the printing process will begin.
What types of layout options are there?
You'll have plenty of options to explore on ReadyCanvas' Photo on Canvas page. We have single panel, dual panel, triple panel, quad and wall exhibit displays. You can also choose the depth of your canvas frame (.75", 1.5", and 2" depths), and what type of wrap you want. Many customers choose the 1.5" depth, with either a mirrored or image wrap.
